
RESTORE OPEN 2025
Athletes compete against each other and against themselves to put up their best scores in a series of shared workouts over a Three-week period. Challenges, Triumphs, Personal Records, and the chance of making the next round awaits.
It doesn't matter if you're 14, 40 or 64. Just starting out or a muscle-up pro.

Our gym participates in an in-house event. You may still participate globally at crossfit.com, but we recommend having fun and supporting us and your fellow athletes.

Event starts on February 28th and our gym will host "Friday night Lights" Where we will have music, sponsors, heats (workout times) and designated judges
for each athlete. We also invite your friends and family to cheer you on.
HOW TO PLAY

FEBRUARY 27th - MARCH 17th
You will do your open workout on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The Open workout will be programmed for the Friday morning classes. Friday evenings, we will host Friday Night Lights.

Friday Night Lights will have music, sponsors, heats (class times) and designated judges for each athlete. We will also have an area for your family and friends to cheer you on. Heats/classes will be in groups of 4-8 depending on the Open workout. Friday's schedule will be posted on Thursday evening. Make sure to sign up for your spot.

LEADER BOARD
Log your scores on SugarWod, the wod will be posted on Friday.

We will know everyones final places by Sunday March 22nd.
